About Ordering at CobraFineArtGallery.com:
We process all our online ordering through PayPal.
- Do I need a PayPal account to order your merchandise?
You do not need a paypal account, you will be presented with this option » at check-out.
- Can I only order one limited edition print at a time?
You can tell us the Quantity of prints you want to order when you click on the 'Add to Cart' or 'View Cart' links or when you 'check out'. You will be presented with our shopping cart » where you can edit the amount of items you want to order by clicking in the item amount field to change the amount. When you click the update cart button your changes will be saved.
- Why am I not receiving your emails?
The reason for this is in most cases the fact that your 'Junk Mail filter' or 'Spam filter' has filtered our emails out into your 'Junk Mail Box'. So please check this if you do not seem to receive emails in regards to your order our replies to your inquiries.
